PIK2 Sedayu Indo City is a masterpiece project from Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group with more than 2,650 Ha area consists of residential, apartment, office, commercial, house-office, equipped with educational, health, recreation, sports and social-religious facilities. PIK2 is also planned to have an International Sariah Finance Center and International Finance in total area of approx. 23.5 hectares.

Collaborating with Matrix Concepts Holding Berhad (Malaysia) and PT. Fin Centerindo Satu, PIK2 has carried out the first milestone for the International Sharia Finance Center and International Finance area. With funding support from domestic and foreign investors, this financial infrastructure project is planned to be completed in less than 10 years, with a total of 45 buildings worth ± 70 trillion IDR (USD $5 Billion). The first step of this international financial infrastructure construction series is Menara Syariah, which had held the ground breaking ceremony on 8th December 2019 and topping off on 23th August 2022.

With a value of ± 3.4 trillion (IDR), Menara Syariah will accommodate approx. 5,000 workers as a first stage of the whole project that will accommodate approx. 20,000 workers. With the support from all stakeholders such as: KNEKS (National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance), MES (Sharia Economic Community), IAEI (Indonesian Islamic Economist Association) and others, the dream of becoming an International Sharia finance world player will come true.

Besides Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, Riyadh, Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta (Indonesia) will be on the map of World Islamic Finance soon.
