Efficient transportation not only enhances daily convenience but also contributes to economic growth, attracting more investments while increasing the area’s appeal to businesses and tourists.

With PIK’s continued expansion, infrastructure improvements and enhanced accessibility will be key factors in shaping a progressive and comfortable environment for all. Many international tourists now visit PIK1 and PIK2, marking a source of pride for the area. PIK1 and PIK2 have become some of the most famous tourist destinations, with visitors now considering their trip to Jakarta incomplete without experiencing PIK —— a shift from the past when Monas and Ancol were the city’s primary tourist attractions.

During a talk show at ASG Expo 2025 on February 19, 2025, Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, M.M., Director of Estate Management at Agung Sedayu Group, highlighted the unique accessibility of PIK2, “One thing that sets PIK2 apart is its exceptional accessibility, supported by multiple toll road connections. Agung Sedayu Group has always prioritized ease of access when developing locations. A new toll road will soon be opened in PIK2, making it even more extraordinary.”

Existing transportation options in the Agung Sedayu Group Area (as of February 2025) are currently operated by several providers and categorized as follows:

1. Transportation to and from PIK operated by AP Trans (owned by local citizen of Tangerang Regency) with routes:

PIK2 – Residence One Serpong – PIK2

2. Shuttle Services within PIK1 & PIK2 operated by DAMRI with routes:
PIK Avenue – Tokyo Riverside Apartment (Shibuya Bus Stop)
PIK Avenue – PIK2 Milenial
PIK Avenue – Tokyo Riverside Apartment (Club House)
TransJakarta Double Decker Bus: Route 1 (weekends) & Route 2 (weekdays)

3. JR Connexion Routes:
PIK2 – MRT Blok M Station – PIK2
PIK2 – Sedayu City Kelapa Gading – PIK2
PIK2 – KCIC Halim High-Speed Rail Station – PIK2

4. TransJakarta Bus Routes:
Route 1A: Pantai Maju – Jakarta City Hall
