On the National Family Day in 2023, PIK 2 received an award from the Tangerang Regency Government as the first company to become a Foster Father for Stunting Children, as a form of appreciation from the Tangerang Regency Government for the Prevention and Alleviation of Stunting Si Melon program by providing additional food to improve nutrition in the stunting locus, Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency. Several efforts have been implemented by PIK2, such as providing additional food for babies under 2 years and the first 1000 days of life targeting pregnant women.

One indicator of the success of the Si Melon Program can be seen in the reduction in stunting cases in Tangerang Regency by 2.7%, from initially 9,000 cases down to 6,000 cases based on a quote from the Head of the Tangerang Regency DPPKB, dr. Hendra Tarmizi at the Rembuk Stunting event in June 2023.

With the theme 'Towards Stunting-Free Families for Advanced Indonesia', the institution of healthy, happy and prosperous small families is being achieved by optimizing family functions in the context of character building from an early age to fulfill the main goal, to alleviating stunting. The Regent of Tangerang, A. Zaki Iskandar hope this commemorative event to be an opportunity for quality family socialization in order to help accelerate the reduction in stunting prevalence rates in Tangerang Regency. Apart from that, of course it will be maximized with participation and collaboration from various sectors, including government, society and the private sector.
