PIK2 remains committed to implementing various sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to facilitate ease, build resources, and improve the welfare of communities in Tangerang Regency. 

For its initiatives, hard work, and contributions to social and environmental corporate responsibility activities in Tangerang Regency, PIK2 received an award from the Tangerang Regency Government. The award was presented during the 2024 Tangerang Regency CSR Award Ceremony as a form of appreciation from the local government, held at the Tangerang Regent’s Pavilion. 

In his speech, Andi Ony Prihartono, Acting Regent of Tangerang, said, “We hope initiatives like this become a cultural norm, serving as feedback for what you, as company leaders, have provided in your care for building Tangerang Regency. On behalf of the Tangerang Regency Government, we express our deepest gratitude. We hope you will continue to provide assistance as a form of social responsibility to the local government and the community in Tangerang Regency.” 
Bambang Santosadjaja, General Manager of Estate Management at Agung Sedayu Group, who attended and represented PIK2 to accept the award, explained that in developing a region, it is essential to maintain social balance. Estate Management PIK2 continuously collaborates with the Tangerang Regency Government in organizing sustainable activities and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. 

This award is a proud achievement and serves as motivation for PIK2 to uphold its commitment to corporate social and environmental responsibility, ensuring growth and development alongside the surrounding community.
