LPK Citra Kirana Opened registration for the second batch in May 2023 after being successfully launched on 30 January, 2023. The community development program carried out by PIK2 at the Osaka Hotel is back to provide opportunities for training participants to gain hospitality knowledge.

LPK Citra Kirana is a training held for 8 months to create hoteliers who are ready to enter the world of hospitality. Participants receive intensive training in the form of providing theoretical hospitality materials, English and Mandarin classes to hands-on housekeeping practice at the Osaka Hotel. Participants also gained more experience by doing field work practices at several hotel partners of Agung Sedayu Group, such as at HARRIS Suites Puri Mansion and Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem.

This program also collaborates with the Office of Manpower and the Office of Education of the Tangerang Regency, so that the participants in LPK Citra Kirana training are recognized for their expertise with certificates provided by the relevant agency.

Sahid Agil Munawar as one of the LPK Citra Kirana Batch 1 participants from Tegal Angus Village, Teluknaga Sub-District, Tangerang Regency found out about this program from the Instagram account @PIK2ComDev and was interested in participating in this program. "I have gained a lot of experiences during these 5 months, I have made new friends from nearby villages and some from outside the Jakarta area and of course we get new knowledge about hospitality. I also studied the departments in the hotel, especially the housekeeping department, the front office department and I also learned Mandarin and English," he explained.
