On Thursday, 27 October 2022, the Partnerships in Environmental Management for The Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA) event was held in the PIK 2 area.

The PEMSEA event was attended by members of non-governmental organizations covering East Asia, such as Cambodia, the Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Timor Leste, Japan, China, and others.

PEMSEA PNLG forum 2022 was officially held by the Tangerang district government, and the Tangerang District Head, Mr. A. Zaki Iskandar invited PT. Kukuh Mandiri Lestari as the developer of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 to collaborate in structuring the coastal area in the Tangerang district.
