Orange Groves will be Soon Available to PIK 2

Dynamic urban life makes the need for open space even more increasing. In recent years, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, open space destinations are increasingly in demand and become one of the favorite places to do various activities to gather with family and friends.

Seeing the development of the trend of outdoor tourist destinations that continue to increase, the development of prominent property, Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group present Orange Groves, a riverside entertainment destination with a green open space concept that blends with nature.

The construction of the 1.1-hectare destination was inaugurated at a groundbreaking event held on Friday, March 25, 2022 at PIK2 and was attended by Magnus Giaever (General Manager of Orange Groves), as well as the chairman of Agung Sedayu Group Natalia Kusumo (CEO of Malls & Retails Division 2).

"Business development in the midst of adaptation to endemic, not something easy, many things that we later have to pay attention to one of the health protocols. We prepare everything carefully, always vigilant and adjust to applicable government regulations," said Sawitri Setiawan, COO of Malls & Retails Division 2.

Located just five minutes from Pantjoran PIK and adjacent to Greenbelt PIK2, Orange Groves will bring you the most complete and modern amenities and a pleasant dining, shopping, work, stay and gathering experience.

Various top tenants will also enliven Orange Groves with unique concepts that can support the needs of modern consumers, ranging from clothing, interior design, fitness, beauty and F&B such as Acta Brasserie, Osteria Gia, Patty & Sons, Saigon Delight, and Chica San Chen.

Inspired by the beauty of orange plantations in Sisili, Italy, this destination will be surrounded by shady rivers and trees around every corner, where visitors can unwind and relieve stress from the dense daily routine.

"We're focused on creating an experience that can make every guest feel like they're on vacation during a visit to Orange Groves. With a quiet location on the banks of the tahang river, this destination will be the best place to take a break and isolate yourself from the bustle of the city," said Magnus Giaever, General Manager of Orange Groves Operations.

Our team is also passionate about building a creative community among visitors, local partners and independent brands in Orange Groves. With this synergy, we hope to create an inspiring and fun place.

In addition to presenting impressive creative concepts, Magnus added that Orange Groves initiated by Amantara as part of Agung Sedayu Group will also focus on sustainable initiatives.

In collaboration with a non-profit organization dedicated to reforestation efforts around the world, One tree planted, every invited guest who comes, symbolically, will develop one fruit tree to plant in a buffer zone located in Gunung Leuser Park, Sumatra. Later, the trees are expected to support life for local farming communities.

Scheduled to operate in October 2022, the presence of Orange Groves will further complement other popular entertainment destinations in PIK2, Golf Island, and Ebony Island such as Pantjoran PIK, Cove at Batavia PIK, Urban Farm, Pasir Putih Beach, and Green Belt.
