The event began with participant registration, followed by a ceremonial session featuring a speech from the Head of the Banten Regional Office of Manpower and Transmigration Department. Since 2021, a total of 205,000 productive-age residents have been employed in PIK1 and PIK2.

After the ceremonial session, participants immediately proceeded with the recruitment process, which included interviews and administrative selection.
