SOCIAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN PIK2 & SERANG CITY GOVERNMENT
PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), the developer of the PIK2 area in Tangerang Regency, has officially partnered with the Serang City Government through the signing of an Environmental Social Responsibility (ESR) agreement. The agreement, made in collaboration with the Serang City CSR Forum, was witnessed by Serang Mayor H. Budi Rustandi, S.E, at the Serang City Hall on March 18, 2025.
This agreement aims to strengthen synergy between PIK2 as a private entity and the Serang City Government in sustainable development, particularly in improving the quality of life and well-being of the people of Serang through various social programs and ongoing development initiatives.
Serang Mayor H. Budi Rustandi, S.E, along with the Serang City CSR Forum, welcomed PANI’s CSR initiative as a strategic step for the Serang City Government in accelerating development to enhance community welfare. He also noted that the realization of this CSR program would help ease the burden on Serang City’s Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). “This is a strategic step for the Serang City Government, as CSR programs related to Education, Healthcare, and Infrastructure can be supported through the CSR forum funded by Pantai Indah Kapuk 2. This agreement allows us, as the Serang City Government, to legally seek assistance or CSR contributions from private entities. My greatest hope is that Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 can support infrastructure development, particularly in flood management and frontage road construction, which will bring significant benefits to Serang City,” he added.
Christy Grassela, Corporate Secretary & Shareholder Relations Deputy Division Head of PANI, expressed the company’s commitment to collaborating with the Serang City Government and the Serang City CSR Forum. She emphasized that the signing of this CSR agreement is part of PANI’s broader effort to contribute to national development, with a particular focus on Serang City. This agreement marks the first step in opening opportunities for collaboration, dialogues, and research to identify the most urgent issues that need to be addressed in the future.
