One of Agung Sedayu Group's CSR efforts to improve the local community's economy, especially the area around PIK2, is through a community empowerment program by job training method. This program aims to improve community skills as an effort to develop proficiency and self-reliance in order to meet their daily needs.

The PIK2 Job Training Center reopens registration for new participants who wish to improve their competence. This training program was held for a full month at UPTD BLK Serpong, Tangerang.

There are 13 major that will be opened in the 4th batch of 2023 APBD activities, namely lathe and milling machine operation, lighting installation, power installation, welder 1 GMAW, welder 1 GTAW, welder 1 SMAW, autocad manufacturing, motorcycles engineering, sewing, industrial automation, audio video technician, CNC machine operation, as well as cabinet marker-furniture profession.

It is hoped that in the future, this Job Training Center program can help to increase the skills of workers in order to seize better opportunities in the job market.
