Phase 2 of Stocking Fish Seeds and Fish Feeding to the Ki Dalang Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Pangkalan Village was carried out on Friday, 25 November 2022 by raising the concept of "Ketapang (Ketahanan Pangan Pangkalan)".

The PIK 2 Comdev Team provided catfish seeds, tilapia seeds, and fish feeding as a complement. In this second phase, the PIK 2 Comdev Team is trying to introduce the Biofloc method and the RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) Technique for aquaculture which focuses on increasing production so that the results of this cultivation can create groups that are prospereous and independent, as well as to improve the people's economy and get a positive response from the local apparaturs of Tangerang Regency.
