INDONESIAN NATIONAL POLICE CHIEF INAUGURATES GROUNDBREAKING CONSTRUCTION OF THE METRO JAYA POLICE MOBILE BRIGADE PELOPOR TROOPS BATTALION A HEADQUARTER (MAKO) AT PIK 2

Last Wednesday, April 5th 2023, Chief of the Indonesian National Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inaugurated the groundbreaking for the construction of the Metro Jaya Police Mobile Brigade Pelopor Troops Battalion A Headquarters  which is located in the PIK2 area, Tangerang Regency.

 In inaugurating this groundbreaking, the National Police Chief Gen. Listyo Sigit was accompanied by other Police Force officials such as Kabaharkam National Police Inspector General Fadil Imran, Head of Police Public Relations Division Inspector General Sandi Nugroho, Head of Metro Jaya Regional Police Inspector General Karyoto, and Wadankor Brimob Inspector General Imam Widodo. Also present were Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar, Head of the Tangerang Regional People’s Representative Council Kholid Ismail and Founder of Agung Sedayu Group Sugianto Kusuma.

 The construction of the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters for Metro Jaya Police Force in the Tangerang Regency area is an effort to facilitate the deployment of security forces for vital objects and national strategic projects. “Where, of course, the construction that will be carried out today is a series of quite long activities, an agreement between the Regent and the Kapolda and thank God today we will carry out the groundbreaking of the construction of Metro Jaya Police Mobile Brigade Pelopor Troops Battalion A Headquarters,” said Sigit.

Metro Jaya Police Mobile Brigade Pelopor Troops Battalion A Headquarters was built on a land area of ±4,8Ha. General Sigit hopes that the existence of the Metro Jaya Police Force’s Mobile Brigade eadquarters can support the National Police Force’s services to the community. “Our hope is of course, that with the construction of this battalion the needs of the community related to the main duties of the National Police Force in maintaining security and order, protecting, nurturing and serving the community can really be maximized,” he said.

 At the end of the closing event, the National Police Chief thanked all parties. “Once again, we thank you and hope that the construction can run smoothly and of course the presence of Mobile Brigade personnel who will be stationed here can really maximize their ability to provide the best service to protect and nurture the community,” he concluded.
