It is a job training program that operates in the hospitality sector, especially in the fields of Front Office, Housekeeping and FB Service.

This program was dedicated by Agung Sedayu Group as a form of social concern for the community to upgrade capabilities in the hospitality sectors for the people of Tangerang Regency in particular, and the families of Agung Sedayu Group employees in general.

Batch 4 registration will begin on 1 February - 24 March 2024,
and classes wil start on 4 March 2024.
The learning system is 40% materials on hospitality and foreign languages (English & Mandarin) as well as 60% hands-on practice in the first semester and 100% field work practice in Semester 2.
The training location is in the meeting room of Osaka Hotel PIK2, Boulevard Osaka Street, Salembaran Jaya, Kosambi, Tangerang Regency, Banten.
For field work practice places in Semesters 2, it will be held at Agung Sedayu Group partner hotels such as:

4. HIlton Garden Inn Taman Palem
5. Vertu Harmony

Apart from that, it is also carried out in several hotels around Tangerang Regency.

Participants who take part in this training program will get many benefits and advantages, such as: There is no charge, they get pocket money per month, during the training they get 1 meal per day, 2 sets of uniforms, Citra Kirana Job Training Institute certificate, Field Work Practice certificate from the Hotel, Mandarin Language certificate, English Language certificate and BNSP competency certificate.

The requirements for prospective participants who wish to take part in this program are:
1. Indonesian Citizen
2. Minimum Age 17 Years Old when registering, max 23 Years Old
3. Minimum education of Middle School/equivalent
4. Currently not at school, college/uni, or work
5. Physically and mentally healthy
6. 1 Photocopy of KTP
7. 1 Photocopy of Latest Degree Certificate/Letter of Graduation
8. 1 Piece of 3x4 colored photo with Red Background
9. Take a selection test/interview
10. Able to attend training until completion
11. Able to follow all applicable rules & regulations
