The BCI ASIA AWARDS 2023 Indonesia was held on Thursday, 11 May 2023, at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta as a BCI Central dedication to appreciate constructors, especially developers and architects. Apart from Indonesia, this event was also held in 6 other countries in Asia, namely Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

At the awards event which has been held regularly by BCI since 2003, Agung Sedayu Group as one of the developers in Indonesia won the BCI Asia Top 10 Developers Award 2023 category which was received by Sugeng Khengadi as Sales & Marketing Director where BCI Central determines the 10 (ten) developers and 10 (ten) architectural firms identified based on the aggregate value of projects being built during the last calendary year. These values are taken into consideration and weighed on the aspect of to what extent their construction efforts are sustainable in their projects. Pre-tender projects are also included in the assessment to see the gree design efforts that can be implemented from an early stage.

BCI Central that always cares about environmental aspects, also prioritizes special values for projects that prioritize sustainabiility value and green buildings which are onf of the assessment criteria. The main assessment criteria include the project value and the project category.

Of course, this award is a motivation for Agung Sedayu Group to continue to grow even better in the future.
