The 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Finale presented by Kohler and supported by various leading real estate companies in Asia, was successfully held at the Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Bangkok on 9 December 2022. The prestigious event held by one of the largest property portals in Asia, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, gives an award to each category from the best real estate developers, to property projects and designs in Asia.

A total of 48 categories were contested at this event to determine the ‘Best in Asia’ in various segments and the winners from each category were announced at the peak of this PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2022 award night. The candidates participating in this regional award level are the national-level main winners from each country in Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, India, and Australia.

At the peak night of the Gala Dinner, PIK2 Sedayu Indo City won the Best Township Masterplan Design (Asia) award. This project is the masterpiece of Agung Sedayu Group & Salim Group.
