In the spirit of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan, PIK2 hosted an Iftar Gathering with 1,000 Orphans at Menara Syariah PIK2 on March 14, 2025. Children from 12 foundations enjoyed various exciting activities, such as a culinary bazaar, interactive games, and a “Wall of Fame” where they placed colorful handprints. Guests were welcomed by a lively Drum Band performance from Pondok Pesantren Syarief Assalam.

At the Iftar event, a variety of fun games were provided for the children, including a ball pit, slides, claw machines, and other entertaining games, as well as Islamic-themed shows, creating an inclusive space for the community to experience the spirit of Ramadan in a joyful way.

The event was also graced by Habib Muhammad Al Bagir Bin Yahya, who delivered a tausiyah emphasizing the importance of sharing and maintaining strong social ties. The atmosphere became even more festive with Islamic performances, a storytelling session by Kak Faisal Rizal, and a traditional marawis musical performance.

President Director of Agung Sedayu Group, Lt. Gen. TNI (Mar) (Ret.) Dr. Nono Sampono, in his remarks, stated, “May this Ramadan be a momentum for us to improve ourselves, give more charity and good deeds, and increase our care for others. May this togetherness bring blessings to us all.”

At the end of the event, 1,000 donation packages were distributed to all the children, supported by Indofood.

Through this initiative, PIK2 hopes to strengthen social awareness and make Ramadan a moment of togetherness and blessings for everyone.
