In commemoration of Nuzulul Qur’an, Masjid Al-Ikhlas PIK together with the CSR program of Agung Sedayu Group distributed charitable assistance to 100 Qur’an teachers from Teluknaga District, Tangerang Regency. The event, held on 9 March 2026 at Masjid Al-Ikhlas PIK, served as a gesture of appreciation for Qur’an educators who have long played an important role in instilling values of faith and good character among the younger generation. 

The commemoration of Nuzulul Qur’an is an important moment for Muslims, marking the revelation of the first verses of the Qur’an to Prophet Muhammad. This event serves as a reminder for Muslims to deepen their connection with the Qur’an and to uphold its teachings as a guiding principle in living a life filled with goodness and blessings. 

The event was held in a solemn and reverent atmosphere, accompanied by the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an that further deepened the spiritual ambiance. On this occasion, Restu Mahesa, Estate Management Director of Agung Sedayu Group, expressed his gratitude to the Qur’an teachers who have devoted themselves to teaching the Qur’an and religious values to the community. “Today we commemorate the Nuzulul Qur’an at Masjid Al-Ikhlas PIK, while also presenting charitable assistance to 100 Qur’an teachers. Earlier, we listened to the beautiful recitation of Qur’anic verses, which is truly a result of the dedication and guidance of our teachers. This noble work becomes a lasting provision for all of you until the Day of Judgment, a continuous act of worship whose rewards will never cease. The blessings we experience today are the fruits of the teachings of our teachers. We are able to pray and understand Islam because of the guidance of fathers and mothers here. Therefore, please allow us to express our deepest gratitude to all of you,” he said. 

The event series also featured a tausiyah or religious sermon delivered by KH Mahrus, the caretaker of Pondok Pesantren Al-Hasaniah and Chairman of Majelis Ulama Indonesia Teluknaga. The sermon was expected to strengthen faith and deepen understanding of the significance of the revelation of the Qur’an during the holy month of Ramadan. 

Through this initiative, the CSR program of PIK2 hopes to further strengthen its relationship with the community while also expressing appreciation to Qur’an teachers who have long served as guardians of spiritual values within society.
