Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 continues to introduce innovations that respond to real community needs. On Monday, January 26, 2026, the TangerangFast (TangFast) application was officially launched at the Annex Marketing Gallery Building, PIK2, as an integrated digital platform designed to simplify access to services while creating employment opportunities for surrounding communities. 
The launch event was attended by representatives of the Tangerang Regent, H. Syaifullah (Regional Assistant II of Tangerang Regency), Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, M.M. (Director of Estate Management, Agung Sedayu Group), Lusi Andika Putri (Director of PT Kilau Cahaya Berlian / TangerangFast), as well as Rudi, representing the Board of Directors of the Runata Foundation. 

Through TangerangFast, a wide range of services can now be accessed through a single application, designed to foster collaboration between local communities and the PIK area. "This application will help build an ecosystem where communities surrounding PIK can work and become part of the greater Pantai Indah Kapuk family, both PIK1 and PIK2. This is an effort to create a more inclusive and productive ecosystem," said Restu Mahesa. 

Meanwhile, Lusi Andika Putri explained that TangerangFast aligns with PIK’s CSR programs that support training and skills development for the local workforce. "The launch of the TangerangFast application is a collaboration between SedayuOne and TangerangFast, offering a solution that is fast, precise, and secure. The available workforce has been equipped with skills and trained through the Tangerang Regency Job Training Center (BLK)," she stated. 
Looking ahead, TangerangFast is expected not only to serve personal needs but also corporate demands, while helping UMKM (MSMEs) grow through digital-based services. 
On the same occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between PT Karunia Indo Sejahtera, the Runata Foundation, and PT Kilau Cahaya Berlian (TangerangFast) as a shared commitment to community empowerment. This collaboration is expected to generate sustainable positive impact for communities in PIK and Tangerang Regency.
