Jakarta, December 18, 2025 – Circumcision is an important medical procedure that contributes to children’s health and hygiene, while also carrying strong social and cultural significance in Indonesian society. However, access to safe and proper circumcision services remains limited for many families. Driven by this concern and a strong commitment to humanitarian values, Grand Waterfront Sedayu City Kelapa Gading in collaboration with Buddha Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, organized the “Joyful Circumcision for a Healthy Generation” program, providing free circumcision services for 100 boys aged 6–12 from diverse community backgrounds. 

The program was held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Jade Palace, Old Shanghai, Sedayu City Kelapa Gading, from 08:00 – 13:00 WIB, and was provided free of charge to all participants. 
The Joyful Circumcision for a Healthy Generation program was carried out by professional doctors and medical personnel from Buddha Tzu Chi Foundation Indonesia, including the provision of medicines as well as continuous assistance for the children and their families throughout the program. Beyond the medical procedures, participants were also treated to a positive and enjoyable experience in a warm, child-friendly atmosphere within the thematic area of Old Shanghai. 
The initiative was further supported by several tenants within the Grand Waterfront area, including X-Space, Hachi Grill, and B’Steak, reflecting strong synergy between the area management and tenants in fostering shared social responsibility and community care.
