PANI and CBDK’s Subsidiary Officially Appoints Hilton to Manage a Five-Star Hotel in the Heart of CBD PIK2
Jakarta, August 4, 2025 – PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (“CBDK”) is a company engaged in real estate development in the Tangerang, Banten area, with a total land bank of approximately 698 hectares. CBDK focuses on meeting property market demands within an integrated area by providing a strategic central business district that caters to both local and international markets.
The commitment to developing the PIK2 Central Business District (CBD) as an international business and lifestyle destination has once again been demonstrated. PT Citra Kirana Bisnis Distrik (CKBD), which is 99% owned directly by CBDK, has officially signed a hotel management agreement with the global hotel chain PT Hilton International Manage Indonesia and Hilton Worldwide Manage Limited to bring the prestigious Hilton Hotel Jakarta PIK2 to the heart of the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) area in PIK2.
The signing ceremony took place at the PIK2 Marketing Gallery and was attended by the management of CKBD and CBDK, including Richard Halim Kusuma, Linda Kusumo, Ipeng Widjojo, and Yohanes Edmond Budiman, representing the developer of PIK2; along with Hilton representatives including Clarence Tan (Senior Vice President of Development for Asia Pacific), Maria Ariizumi (Vice President of Development for Southeast Asia), Wenhui Tan (Senior Director of Development for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and South Korea), and Djodi Trisusanto (Director of Development for Indonesia). “Hilton is not just a partner, but a symbol of global trust in PIK2’s potential. The presence of Hilton Hotel Jakarta PIK2 will strengthen the area’s competitiveness as a world-class business and hospitality hub,” said Ipeng Widjojo, representative of CKBD.
With an investment value equivalent to IDR 800 billion on approximately 1 hectare of land, Hotel Hilton Jakarta PIK2 will rise 20 floors and feature 271 exclusive rooms. Each room is thoughtfully designed to cater to travelers and is supported by a range of sophisticated amenities, from an all-day dining restaurant with aesthetic presentations, an infinity pool, stylish patisserie, tantalizing spa, fully equipped fitness center, to a luxurious lobby that offers an unforgettable urban oasis experience.
This hotel is designed to be the main accommodation for MICE participants, tourists, and businesspeople from both domestic and international markets. With direct access from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport via the Kataraja Interchange 1 Toll Road, Hilton Hotel Jakarta PIK2 will become the first premium accommodation option welcoming business travelers, tourists, and MICE delegates to the heart of PIK2.
Hilton welcomes this collaboration and expressed its commitment to bringing a world-class stay experience into the dynamic new area of Indonesia:
“We believe this is the perfect time to bring Hilton Hotels & Resorts to PIK2. We share the ambitious vision of this iconic development, and we look forward to welcoming guests from across Indonesia and the world to Hilton Hotel Jakarta PIK2,” said Clarence Tan, Senior Vice President of Development for Asia Pacific.
The project is targeted for completion and ready for operation by mid-2027, bringing the first Hilton Hotel to the PIK2 area, which will become a new magnet in Indonesia’s property and tourism development.
CBDK President Director Steven Kusumo expressed gratitude for the trust and support from customers, partners, and the public that continues to strengthen the development of the PIK2 area. “This strategic collaboration with Hilton is concrete proof that PIK2 is increasingly trusted as a world-class business and lifestyle destination. The presence of Hilton Hotel Jakarta PIK2 in the heart of the area will become a new icon that reinforces our property and tourism ecosystem,” he added.
The agreement between CKBD and Hilton marks a new chapter in the evolution of PIK2 as an international destination that unites business, lifestyle, and tourism. This is not just the construction of a hotel, but a strong signal that this area continues to move forward, opening great opportunities for investors, the business community, and the wider public.
