AGUNG SEDAYU GROUP PRESENTS CHANGES THROUGH HOUSE RENOVATION AND GRANT PROGRAMS IN TANGERANG DISTRICT AREA
Agung Sedayu Group (ASG) once again showed its commitment in developing the community through of the CSR Program in Tangerang Regency. Previously, the 1st and 2nd stages of the grant fund have also been handed over in Teluknaga sub-district.
On 13 May 2025, the Director of Estate Management of Agung Sedayu Group, Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, M.M, directly visited 31 houses in Patramanggala Village, Kemiri District, Tangerang Regency, which were included in the house renovation program. This visit was not just symbolic, but a real form of concern for people who live in limitations.
One of the beneficiaries, Siti Kholifah, expressed her happiness because she will be able to have a livable house after years of living in a building that almost collapsed.
The CSR grant was handed over the following day, 14 May, at the Patramanggala Village Office. In addition to the house renovation, the grant supports various social programs such as the construction of sheet piles in Tanjung Pasir Village, establishment of a Nutrition Post to handle stunting, assistance for worship facilities in Karang Anyar Village, and the operation of free school buses for children in Teluknaga, Pakuhaji, as well as Sepatan.
The routes that will be traveled are as follows:
Route 1: Sepatan -Pakuhaji -Buaran Bambu -Laksana -Kampung Gaga -Kali Baru -Kebon Miring
Route 2: Lontar -Cituis -Kali Baru -Kebon Miring
Route 3: Muara -Kampung Besar -Kampung Melayu -Kajangan -Kebon Miring
Restu Mahesa emphasized that this program is not merely an aid, but a form of long-term investment in humanity. “We hope that this program can bring maximum benefits to all of you,” said Restu Mahesa.
ASG proves that nation building is a shared responsibility. With the spirit of collaboration, this program is expected to have a real and sustainable impact on society.
