PIK2 is one of the mega projects that Agung Sedayu Group continues to develop in Tangerang Regency, especially in Teluknaga and Kosambi Sub-Districts. During the construction period, PIK2 did not forget to carry out its social environmental responsibility towards the surrounding communities, including Teluknaga, Kosambi, Pakuhaji, Sepatan and East Sepatan Sub-Districts.

At the momentum of celebrating the 795th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, PIK2 received appreciation from local stakeholders, namely the Teluknaga Sub-District Government, the Association of Indonesian Village Governments (APDESI) of Teluknaga Sub-District, and 13 Village Chiefs in Teluknaga Sub-District for their participation as Working Partners in the Development Program for Villages in Teluknaga Sub-District, Tangerang Regency on Monday, August 19th 2024. The award was symbolically given by Subur Maryono as Chair of the APDESI of Teluknaga Sub-District, and Chief of West Kampung Melayu Village to Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, M.M as Director of Estate Management PIK2 accompanied by Bambang Santosas Djaja, GM Estate Management of Agung Sedayu Group and Okto Fianus as representative of the Community Development PIK2 Team.

PIK2 is always committed to continuing to provide the best for the surrounding community through its corporate environmental social responsibility programs. With the construction of PIK2, it is hoped that it can also bring the surrounding community into an increasingly prosperous and independent society.
