In collaboration with Rudy Salim, Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina opened a zoo called RANS Carnaval Zoo in PIK 2. On December 17 2021, groundbreaking or laying of the first stone event was held. The location is in a opposite of Rans Prestige Sportstainment.

"Today we held groundbreaking RANS Carnaval City Zoo in PIK 2. So, this is across the Sportstainment that we are making," said Raffi Ahmad. He also said that Rans Carnaval City Zoo has an outdoor concept that becomes a gathering place for families considering that during this pandemic, open areas were liked more and become the main choice.

In this zoo area of approximately 2.6 ha, it is planned that there will be more than 30 species of animals that will certainly make the atmosphere more pleasant. Various species of local animals that are planned to be presented ranging from various types of birds, to wild animals. In addition to local animals, there will also be imported penguins. The zoo carries the theme of education and entertainment, so that in addition to experiencing entertainment families also get educated after visiting Rans Carnaval City Zoo. 

Construction of RANS Carnaval City Zoo is planned to begin in 2022. Raffi Ahmad hopes that his project will be accepted by the community.
