Since last September until today, PIK 2 has successfully handed over more than 500 residential units for Phase I & II. The symbolic handover event was held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, held being closed only for invitees who are unit owners in the Residential Phases I & II of PIK 2 by implementing strict health protocols. "We hope that by the end of 2021, thousands of units can be handed over to consumers," said PIK2 Township Management Director Restu Mahesa.

This event was attended by 2 special guests, Prathama Nugraha who is a businessman / CEO of Mauna Group, and Ruby Herman who is the no.1  Youtuber of Property in Indonesia. The presence of these 2 special guests adds excitement to the talk session, which discusses tips on choosing the right investment instrument, things that must be considered in a residence, predicting the potential investment value of products that have been purchased, and how to get additional income through the Buyer Get Buyer program offered by PIK2, and other discussions on investment.
