Agung Sedayu Group with PT. NAC Stratum Asia, a company with broad experience in sports, will construct an international standard sports facilities by carrying out a lifestyle and entertainment style in PIK 2 called Verde Sports Hub. The partnership between PT NAC Strata Asia and Agung Sedayu Group, (ASG) was officially established after signing ceremony on Friday, July 30, 2021. The Verde Sports Hub was built to meet the needs of the community for the presence of adequate and modern sport facilities in the capital city area and to support sport activities while being recreational. This facility is built on an area of ± 2.7 hectares and strategically located at Greenbelt PIK 2, adjacent to Tokyo Riverside Apartment. Verde Sports Hub is equipped with two FIFA standard football fields, six badminton courts, basketball courts, futsal courts, and padel tennis courts. Padel Tennis is currently popular in mainland Europe and start to develop rapidly in Asia. The development of Padel Tennis facility has received full support from the Spanish Embassy in Indonesia. PT NAC Stratum Asia CEO Ari Latenrisau said "We are very grateful to ASG and investors for the trust placed in us to manage and develop the Verde Sports Hub in PIK 2."

It is expected to provide the widest benefits for the people of Jakarta in the future with the presence of Verde Sports Hub. Later, it can be enjoyed as a complete sport facilities to help the development of outstanding sports, as well as the realisation of a healthy Indonesia program. Verde Sports Hub will also add value to the environment of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2) as a developing area and in accordance to Jakarta's vision as vision as a modern city that is neatly organized and humane.
