On November 30, 2021, 7th Property Awards was held by Propertyguru Indonesia. Indonesia Property Awards is the best real estate industry award. The award recognizes and honours the outstanding achievements of the best developers at domestic and regional level.

This year featured 52 winners competing alongside the best from the country's real estate sector in 48 diverse categories. Agung Sedayu Group Won 5 Awards at once, which signifies that Agung Sedayu Group project is trusted and professionally managed. Awards that have been won are:

1. Best Commercial Developer
2. Best Resort Hotel Development
3. Best Affordable Condo Development (Greater Jakarta)
4. Best Boutique Retail Architectural Design

As well as the fifth, a special award for Mr. Sugianto Kusuma, Chairman of Agung Sedayu Group, as Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year 2021, who was selected exclusively by the editor of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine.

Of course, these awards further spur the spirit of Agung Sedayu Group to be better in the future.
