Friday, October 11th 2024, an MoU was signed between the Tangerang Regency Government and PIK2 which took place at the Tangerang Genecy Regent’s Hall. 

This collaboration with the Tangerang Regency Government is in the context of Improving the Quality of Development and Implementing Corporate Environmental Social Responsibility in the Tangerang Regency Area. This collaboration is also a continuation of previous collaboration. 

This signing ceremony was attended by Acting Regent of Tangerang H. Andi Ony Prihartono, Acting Tangerang Regency Regional Secretary Drs. H. Soma Atmaja, M.Si., Head of the District Health Service of Tangerang dr. H. Achmad Muchlis, MARS, Head of Housing, Settlement and Cemeteries Department Ir. Bambang Saptho Nurtjahja, MM. MT, Head of the Transportation Services Drs. H. Achmad Taufik, M.Si, Director of the Aliansi Peduli Transportasi, Marhumi, Estate Management Director of Agung Sedayu Group Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, MM, Director of PT Karunia Indo Sejahtera Yohanes Edmond Budiman, Director of PIK2, Markus Kusumaputra and the Board of Directors of Agung Sedayu Group. 

H. Andi Ony expressed his appreciation to PIK2 for the collaboration that has existed so far. “With the various innovations and changes that we continue to make, we really welcome every commitment and improvement in the quality of development and public services in Tangerang Regency and it is our hope that today’s joint agreement will be able to benefit both parties and will bring positive impacts and benefits for the people in Tangerang Regency,” he added. 

At this moment, an MoU was signed between: 
1. PIK2 with the Health Service of Tangerang Regency regarding the Stunting Preventing and Reduction Program in Tangerang Regency. 
2. PIK2 with the Department of Housing, Settlement and Cemetery of Tangerang Regency regarding the Development of Good Quality Sanitation Infrastructure in the Context of Accelerating Open Defecation Free (ODF) Villages and Rehabilitation of Uninhabitable Houses in Tangerang Regency. 
3. PIK2 with the Aliansi Peduli Transportasi (AP TRANS) to provide pioneer route shuttle facilities that provide PIK2 access to Soekarno-Hatta Airport and vice versa. 
“Where in the field of public transportation, AP TRANS comes from Teluknaga Sub-District which is committed to providing shuttle transportation facilities so that visitors can more easily access PIK2 and access other housing complexes within the Tangerang Regency area,” said Restu Mahesa. 
On the same day, Flag Off Ceremony for Jabodetabek Residence Connexion (JRC) and Jabodetabek Airport Connexion (JAC) services was also held at PIK2 in an effort to improve transportation service facilities for people in the PIK2 and Tangerang Regency areas to make it easier for people to access community activity centers. 
Previously, PIK2 has provided free transportation services for residents within the area through JR-Connexion routes, including PIK2-MRT Blok M Station, PIK2-BSD, PIK2-Lebak Bulus, PIK2-Kelapa Gading, and vice versa. 
And on this occasion for the JR-Connexion service, there are also additional routes PIK2-Residence One (Serpong), PIK2-Bintaro, and JA-Connexion with the PIK2-Soekarno-Hatta Airport route and vice versa. 
It is hoped that these facilities will be an effective option to make it easier for people to access public transportation for people who want to visit PIK2 and PIK2 residents who have to commute to the Jabodetabek area. And this collaboration is a concrete form of PIK2 commitment to carrying out development and corporate environmental social responsibility in the Tangerang Regency area, so that with PIK2 it is hoped that the surrounding community can be developed and formed into a more independent society.
