Agung Sedayu Group, in the PIK2 project, was awarded the Gold Winner in the Masterplan-Large category, which covers an area of over 100 Ha. This award was presented at the Award Ceremony of the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award 2024, which leads to the FIABCI World Prix D'Excellence Awards 2025, held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at the Trans Convention Center - Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung.

 
The FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Award is an annual event organized by FIABCI Indonesia and the DPP Realestat Indonesia, which this year has awarded 36 winners across several categories, including Masterplan, Housing, Club House, Residential Low-Rise, Residential Mid Rise, Residential High Rise, Environment, Heritage, Hotel, Industry, Mixed-use Development, Office, Infrastructure, Purpose-Built/Fasos-Fasum, Resort, Retail, and Sustainable Development.

The evaluation of the FIABCI Indonesia-REI Excellence Awards 2024 is entirely based on international criteria, namely the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award. Therefore, the winners of this event will be entitled to represent Indonesia at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2025, which is scheduled to take place in June 2025 in Lagos, Nigeria.
